2) Has my order been shipped out yet?
We will ship the dress within 1 working day after the whole tailing
is done and then send you an email to inform you. It usually takes
12-16 days to prepare the dress and you track your orders by signing
in your Sueue account.
3) Do you provide free shipping?
We don't offer free shipping at this moment, but we do offer shipping
discount for large orders. So if you consider purchasing large package
you can contact us via live chat at any time. If you want to check
the shipping cost please put the item into the cart and select the
region then the system will calculate and display the cost.
