Items purchased from Sueue are eligible for refund and exchange. The clients can return item within 15 days of receipt for refund and or exchange of it because of Sueue's faults.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. For exchanges or store credit, we will accept items received up to 60 days after purchase. Please note that shipping charges on expedited orders are not reimbursed. For international customers, if you encounter delays with your purchase clearing customs in a timely manner, you may contact customer service to obtain approval for a late return.
Sueue only stratify your refund or exchange requirement when the certain item with damage that has caused by us. We may feel sorry that we can not warrant an exchange or refund that for the problem which was caused by us. Such may include improper clean method and damage during usage.
So we would like to suggest some pieces of advice that please do carefully check the right size, color and style before making the order. And when you receive an item that is damaged, do contact our customer service immediately and present some necessary proof such as photos of gown or other files. We all do great effort to work out the solution that makes you satisfy.
